Advertising on The Holiday Directory |
It's now simpler and cheaper to advertise on The Holiday Directory. You can have a full page ad in any one of the categories for just £17 for a whole year (£27 per year if you wish to add a video to the page). You won’t find any advertising like this on a PR4 site any cheaper anywhere on the web!!!

What do you get.
A full page ad into which you can add up to 1000 words with up to five text links to pages within your own site and a picture. You can update the text whenever and as often as you wish free of charge by logging into your admin. You can also add any late deals and offers you have in that section via your admin page. These are reviewed weekly so may not appear for several days.
What you have to do.
Click on the ‘add holiday’ button on the orange menu bar, and register then login. Click ‘add holiday’ near top on left. Fill in the form selecting the category you want your ad to appear in from the dropdown list and click ‘continue’ (don’t take too long or you will get timed out, keep saving the page while you are doing it). Click the text link on the next page to go back to your admin page. The ‘one off payment’ section is for if you want to add more than one page in different categories you can pay any amount, if you want just one page scroll down and you will see some blue buttons, click the ‘payment’ button and you will go straight to Paypal where you can make payment securely (we never see your payment details). If you want to add more pages in different categories press the ‘duplicate’ button and a duplicate page of your ad will appear, simply change the category from the dropdown list and click ‘continue or save‘ again. If you place more than one page simply multiply the number of pages by £17 (not forgetting £10 extra for any videos) and use the ‘one off payment’ section to pay. Only when the payment is received will the ad be activated and an invoice sent to you via email, this may take a few days.
An extract from your ad and the picture will appear when someone clicks on that category on the homepage, (see an example of one of those pages here),when the visitor then clicks on that extract or picture they will be taken to your full page ad.
PLEASE DON’T DO THE WHOLE PAGE IN BOLD AS IT SPOILS THE LOOK OF THE PREVIOUS PAGE AND THE TEXT WILL BE REMOVED.
Please do not put any html tags for text links within the first six lines of text at the top of the page as this creates a problem in the admin system and they will be removed.
Any work you wish to be done by us on your behalf will carry a further charge i.e. £7 per link if you wish us to add those for you.
The Holiday Directory reserves the right to remove any text from advertisements which breaches these conditions without refund of any monies paid. In the event of this happening an email will be sent to the customer informing them of the action allowing them to place new text.
